Kristina Grigorova
Kristina started her vocational ballet training in the National Ballet Academy in Sofia, Bulgaria, where she was born. Later she moved her senior studies to the National Ballet Academy in Rome, graduating in 1986.
Kristina then went on to dance as soloist in some of the principal ballet companies of Italy, as a member of Maggiodanza (Florence), Teatro alla Scala (Milan), Aterballetto (Reggio Emilia), Teatro dell’ Opera di Roma, Arena di Verona.
Currently, Kristina is an internationally accredited ballet teacher of classical ballet and repertoire, participating as guest teacher in masterclasses, workshops, dance intensives, exhibitions and commissions for ballet examinations. She also judges in international ballet competitions in Italy and further afield (Germany, Spain, Hawaii, Romania, Bulgaria, Slovenia, England, Brazil, Finland, Portugal etc.)
