What data do we collect?

Website (dwcworld.com) DWC collects the following data:

• The DWC website – dwcworld.com does not use cookies and does not collect any
personal data. The rest of this document, refers only to the DWC Entries System
dwcentries.com

Entry system (dwcentries.com) DWC collects the following data:

• Personal identification information of dance teachers (name, email address, phone number, etc.)
• Personal identification information of dancers’ (names, date of birth, email address)
• Competition entry information (e.g. classes entered, dancers, titles of dances)


How do we collect your data?

You directly provide DWC with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Register online or place an order for any of our products or services.
• Register for any of our events worldwide.
• Voluntarily complete a customer survey or provide feedback on any of our message
boards or via email.

DWC may also receive your data indirectly from the following sources:

• When you register for Club Wow service.
• When you sign up to one of our franchised events such as a DWC qualifier.
• Through our travel partner(s).
• Through our sponsors.


How will we use your data?

DWC collects your data so that we can:

• Process your order, manage your account.
• Administer your entry for DWC and manage your membership.
• Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like.

If you agree, DWC will share your data with our partner companies so that they may offer you
their products and services.

When DWC processes your order/entry, it may send your data to, and also use the resulting
information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases


How do we store your data?

DWC securely stores your data electronically.

DWC Ltd will keep your data for 10 years. Once this time period has expired, we will delete your
data by removing from the entry system. We will keep a copy of the programme with names
only.


Marketing

DWC would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you
might like, as well as those of our partner companies.
