We’re looking forward to welcoming dancers, teachers and their supporters from around the world to the 2027 Dance World Cup Lisbon World Finals, taking place from 29 June to 9 July 2027.
Bringing together talented young dancers aged 4 to 25 from over 60 countries, the Finals promise to be another unforgettable celebration of dance, talent and world-class competition, with 2027 set to build on everything that makes the DWC Finals so special and take it to an even bigger and more exciting level.
For 2027, we’re delighted to be heading to the spectacular setting of Portugal, our new host country, with the competition taking place on multiple stages at the Lisboa Congress Centre in Lisbon.
How do dancers qualify?
All dancers must first qualify in their country before they can compete at the 2027 World Finals in Portugal. Depending on your country, qualification will take place through either:
Live Country Qualifiers
For scheduled live country qualifier events in your area, please contact your local country organiser for event dates, registration and further details.
A full list of country organisers and their contact details can be found on our Country Qualifiers page, which will be updated as qualifier dates and event details become available from the individual country organisers.
Video Qualification - Available only to countries where no live qualifier is scheduled.
For countries where no live qualifier is scheduled, dancers can apply to qualify by submitting their entries by video. All video entries will be judged online by our international panel of Dance World Cup judges.

What are dancers qualifying for?
Successful dancers will earn the opportunity to represent their country and compete in their qualified categories at the 2027 Dance World Cup World Finals in Lisbon, Portugal, from 29 June to 9 July 2027.
