DWC 2026 Dublin Finals – Scenic & Hand Prop Submission Form

The Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) has strict requirements for all props used on stage during a performance. Any onstage props, including structural scenic pieces, elevated surfaces, or props containing electrical, flame, smoke, or pyrotechnic elements, must be assessed for compliance with CCD safety regulations before arriving at the venue. Completing this form confirms that your props meet the required standards and may be approved for use on stage. This ensures a safe performance environment for all competitors.
