Tickets are non-refundable except if any session is cancelled by DWC Ltd or Prague Congress Centre. In the event of cancellation of a session by DWC Ltd for whatever reason, DWC Ltd will refund you the cost of the ticket less the booking fee. Dancers competing in the live event in Prague can watch the livestream for free through the DWC web app.
